Adult Care Center is Accepting New Participants

The Adult Care Center, now located at 411 North Cameron Street, on the Our Health Campus, is accepting new participants.

The Center, licensed by the Virginia Department of Social Services is open Monday through Friday from 7:30 am to 5:30 pm. The Center serves adults who are coping with physical or cognitive challenges and require supervision and assistance, such as persons with varying degrees of Alzheimer’s disease.  A registered nurse is on staff daily, and a professional, compassionate staff provide personal care as well as therapeutic and recreational activities throughout the day.

The Adult Care Center is a private, non-profit organization and is a Medicaid provider and a facility approved by the Veteran’s Administration.
