The Center, licensed by the Virginia Department of Social Services is open Monday through Friday from 7:30 am to 5:30 pm. The Center serves adults who are coping with physical or cognitive challenges and require supervision and assistance, such as persons with varying degrees of Alzheimer’s disease. A registered nurse is on staff daily, and a professional, compassionate staff provide personal care as well as therapeutic and recreational activities throughout the day.
The Adult Care Center is a private, non-profit organization and is a Medicaid provider and a facility approved by the Veteran’s Administration.
