Those who have had breast cancer helping those battling breast cancer

Have you ever had breast cancer and are at least 1 year post treatment? Would you like to help women faced with breast cancer? Well Reach to Recovery may be your way to give back with the approval of your physician.

The American Cancer Society is hosting a Reach to Recovery training on  Saturday, March 26 from 10 AM – 2 PM

Where:     Ramada in Strasburg –  35 Brandy Court in Strasburg, Virginia.

Our Reach to Recovery program offers volunteer peer support . Reach to Recovery matches a breast cancer survivor with a woman just diagnosed with the disease. The Reach to Recovery volunteer will will help guide newly diagnosed patients through the days the days and nights that follow diagnosis.
