Festival President Tom Scully revealled this year’s theme design Wednesday night at Westminster-Canterberry. The program cover and logo portrays an image of a vintage pocket watch clock with no hands – representing the concept of “timeless”. John Rosenberger talked briefly about how the the whole theme process came about starting back as early as the 1950’s – though the theme concept didn’t catch on until the mid 90’s.
Having both a program cover and a logo that worked together as a theme didn’t take full shape until the 77th Festival. “Each year is always a challenge, one I look forward to. Working with the Festival is enjoyable and highly creative” said designer Eric Zimmerman.
