Ms. Madigan was born May 19, 1921 in Page County, Virginia, the daughter of the late Ray Vaughn Foltz and Pearl Dofflemyer Foltz.
She retired from Doubleday in the accounting office.
She was a member of Berryville Baptist Church.

Eugene Hubert Campbell, 90, of Berryville, Virginia, died Friday, April 6, 2012 in the Winchester Medical Center.
Mr. Campbell was born March 2, 1922 in Rappahannock, Virginia, the son of Hubert and Lilly Nicholson Campbell.
He was retired from Byrd Orchards.
He married Brenda Joyce Campbell in 1998. Mrs. Campbell died September 25, 2011.
