    Again, It’s not the dogs that are the true nusaince here but the Rice St. resident who has proven over and over again that she has nothing better to do with her time. She absolutely does not care about the limited resources of our local police force, any one else’s individual rights as a resident of this neighbor hood ot that she is making a bit of an arse of herself. When should Chief White start considering charging her with harrassment????
