Description: Come to the mountain next Sunday, July 18,  for Blue Ridge Vol. Fire & Rescue Co’s annual summer feed. Grilled chicken, Italian sausage (sweet and hot) and hot dogs are the main event, with fresh sweet corn (courtesy of Nalls Farm Market), a wide variety of salads and sides (broccoli salad, vegetable casseroles & more), ice cream, desserts, and iced tea and lemonade. Adults pay only $9, children age 5-12 are only $5, and 4 and under eat for free. Carryout dinners are also available. Our air conditioned hall is at 131 Retreat Road, just east of the Shenandoah River and north of Rte. 7.  The social hall is wheelchair accessible and parking is plentiful. All proceeds benefit eastern Clarke County’s volunteer fire & rescue company.
