Mr. Ethelbert and Denise Miller proudly announce the engagement of their daughter, Ms Jasmine Simone Miller, to Mr. Chris Morgan. Chris is the son of Robert and Shirley Morgan of Clarke County Virginia. He is a graduate of Hampden Sydney College and a Commercial Loan Officer with BB&T Bank of Reston. Jasmine Simone Miller is a graduate of the George Washington School of Law and an attorney with Klein Horning, LLP of Washington, D.C. A 2013 wedding date has been set and the couple will reside in Washington, D.C.

Mr. and Mrs. Douglas M. Hultquist of Rock Island, IL, announce the engagement of their daughter, Sarah Elizabeth Hultquist, to Mr. William Payne Conrad, son of Mr. and Mrs. Bryan H. Conrad of White Post.

The bride-elect graduated from Rock Island High School in 2002, Washington University in St. Louis with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in 2006, and Vanderbilt University with a Master of Business Administration in 2011. She is currently a Senior Consultant at Capgemini Consulting in Chicago, IL.

The groom-elect graduated from Mercersburg Academy, Mercersburg, PA in 2001, and the University of Virginia with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering in 2005. He is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration and a Master of Engineering Management at Northwestern University and will be employed with Deere and Company following graduation in June.

A wedding is planned for Saturday, July 14, 2012 at St. Paul Lutheran Church and a reception will follow at the Outing Club in Davenport, IA.

Amanda is a 1999 graduate of Clarke County High School, 2003 graduate of Virginia Tech and is currently attending Hood College for a Masters in Business Administration, and is currently working as a Contract Specialist in Frederick, Maryland.

Steven is a 1997 graduate of Brunswick High School. He is currently attending Hagerstown Community College and is employed by Rosemont Service Center as an Automotive Technician in Frederick, Maryland.

An October 2011 wedding is planned in Frederick, Maryland.
