Clarke County Little League Needs Managers, Umpires & Sponsorships

1193147_little_league_ball_parkThe start of the spring season is approaching and Clarke County Little League is looking for the following:

Managers and Coaches

Any individual that wishes to manage a team or help coach a team needs to fill out two forms, the manager/coach application and the volunteer form, and provide a copy of their driver’s license.   Those wishing to manage a team should attend the mandatory manager’s meeting on Sunday, January 31st at 2pm at the Rec Center.

Both the manager/coach application and the volunteer form are available at registration or can be downloaded from the league website:

Umpires

Individuals wishing to umpire during the 2010 season need to submit a 2010 Umpire form, a volunteer form and provide a copy of your driver’s license.   Individuals need to be 12 or older.   Minors are not required to submit a copy of identification.   An Umpire clinic will be held at a time to be determined.

Both the umpire form and the volunteer form are available on the league website or at registration.

Sponsorships

Team sponsorships are needed for the approaching season.   Various levels of sponsorships are available.   If you, your family or the company for which you work are in a position to provide a sponsorship, please consider Clarke County Little League.   The league is a non-profit organization [IRS 501(c)(3)] and all donations and sponsorships are 100% tax deductible.
