Crews Respond to Early Morning Accident on Old Charlestown Road
Crews from John H. Enders Fire Company and Rescue Squad were called to the scene of a single vehicle accident early Sunday morning. The accident occurred on Old Charlestown Road near Wadesville Road and was reported at approximately 12:30 AM. Dispatchers warned responders of icy conditions on roads near the incident which may have been a contributing factor in the accident. Crews found a pickup truck off the roadway that had flipped over on its side. Both occupants were able to exit the vehicle before rescue crews arrived. No report on injuries or charges.
