“Our citizens vote ‘at large’ in town elections,” explained Clarke County General Register, Barbara Bosserman. “At large voting means that a registered voter can vote for any candidate on the ballot regardless of whether the voter lives in the candidate’s ward.”

The deadline to register to vote in the May 4th Berryville and Boyce town elections is Monday April 12th. Bosserman will open the Clarke County Voter Registration office on Saturday, May 1st from 9:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. for the convenience of registered voters who need to vote by absentee ballot for the election.
