Engagement of James T. Hann and Penny A. Pumphrey

James T. Hann and Penny A. Pumphrey, of Berryville are happy to announce their engagement. James proposed on a beautiful afternoon in Hagerstown City Park, MD, a place he often went as a child with his parents, and now a special place for the two of us. James is the Assistant Parts Manager at FSK Lincoln Mercury, Audi, Volvo, Isuzu in Frederick, MD and you can find him performing almost every weekend with his band The Brandy Stills Band. Penny is the Office Manager at Geutebruck Security in Leesburg, VA and her fiancée’s #1 fan. A 2011 wedding is planned and following will be a 3 week honeymoon in Hawaii.
