Hern-McDaniel Wedding Announcement
Kathleen Fanning, of Berryville, announces the engagement of her daughter, Victoria Helen McDaniel, to Richard James Hern. Richard is the son of John Edward & Lynn Hern, of North Shields, England. Victoria is an Executive Assistant at HP in Herndon. Richard is a Royal Mail Postman in North Shields & will immigrate to Virginia after the wedding. The wedding will occur on July 23, 2010 in Gretna Green, Scotland.
