Dusty Pickett received the American Future Farmers of America degree at the 83rd National FFA Convention in Indianapolis on Saturday, October 23, 2010.
Pickett’s achievement is the highest degree awarded by the National FFA Organization and recognizes Dusty’s demonstrated leadership abilities and outstanding achievements in agicultural business, production, processing and service programs.
Less than one in 154 FFA members advance through their local chapter and state FFA degree programs to earn this national degree.
Dusty is the son of Charles & Robyn Pickett. He is a 2009 graduate of Clarke County High School. He is currently in his second year at James Rumsey Technical School where he just received his Journeymans electrical license.
