The American Civil War: A Community at the Crossroads

150 years ago Clarke County entered into a war, which for 4 years tore this country and our community apart. To mark this period of history the Clarke County Civil War Sesquicentennial Committee is honored to present a unique event composed of period music, stories and displays that will help educate us on the struggles and times of this critical era of our country’s history along with the hope of demonstrating that our 150 year journey will someday end with each of us joining hands as one united family.

Join us for this unique journey on Saturday December 10 from 6:00 PM to 7:30 PM at the Barns of Rose Hill.

Sampling of food from the 1800’s and drink will be served.
