Sounds to me like the Town Manager's mismanagement with support from the "old gaurd" town council has finally been exposed. If there is any question why the former mayor did not want to be in office any longer you may have just gotten your answer. Mayor Kirby will end up being the "fall guy" for all of this but Berryville sewer system was in touble way before he took the helm but no one did anything to fix it. It's time to pay the piper. It kind of sounds like the federal government is managing the infrastructure Berryville. Buckle up neighbors we're about to be taken for a ride.
